It comes from Southern Mexico. Is it grown by Zapatistas? I don’t know and I don’t want to. Keep the mystery alive!

A nice easy medium roast unlocks peak flavor from this one, although it shines with a dark or light roast too– depends on what we’re doing with it.

For Straight-up Drinking, I like it medium.
